Find and upload the “Route File” you saved on your desktop by

Before you click to continue please read the following:  The next page you go to will have two very simple steps to complete the process:                                                           

Step 1 - Will ask you to enter your fuel consumption and speed. ENTER ACCURATE VALUE FOR FUEL CONSUMPTION AND AVERAGE SPEED OF YOUR BOAT

Step 2 – Will upload the saved file.  Clicking on the "select" button will open a dialog box showing your files.  Make sure it says "look in desktop" and scroll around until you find the file you saved. Double click on the saved file and it will load automatically the route.

Step 3 - Take your boat to the destination.

 

Additional tips about Click to Boat tools                

After you upload your "Route File”  you will see 3 Tabs on your screen for including:  Trip Ticket , Satellite & Map;

  1. “Trip Ticket” tab will show you the trip plan.
  2.  “Map Tab” will show you the route on a chart with updated navigation conditions like tides, buoy, weather, Cman along your route for each waypoint.
  3.  “Satellite Tab” will show you the route on a Satellite Image.
You can also load this route directly into your GPS. Follow the instructions from clicktoboat.com online help if you want to transfer “route file” to your GPS.
  1. NOTE: You will need to keep zooming into the charts to see the detail of the chart & review the trip carefully & modify as deemed necessary.
